Mother Is Worried For Her Depressed Marine Son. Gives Him A Present That Leaves Everyone In Tears

With Christmas right around the corner, it was the perfect time for Mom to help out her Marine son. For months, he struggled with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and she knew she had to help - so she devised a brilliant plan. After serving for several years in the Marines, Peter was finally surrounded by family members who loved and cared for him. So Mom boxed up the perfect Christmas gift to surprise him with and gathered the entire family to watch...

Peter was clearly having hard time adjusting from brutal service to civilian life - after speaking to a doctor, he was diagnosed with depression and PTSD. That's why Mom decided that her baby boy needed a pick-me-up and landed on this special gift. Peter sat patiently at the end of the table completely unaware of what was going on. The only thing he knew was that there was a surprise gift sitting before him and everyone was encouraging him to open it. Peter couldn't help but smile, even though he didn't know what was inside. Then the package started to move a little and made a faint noise.

Peter gently opened the top of the box to unveil the tiniest, cutest puppy. He carefully pulled her out with tears in his eyes and an ear-to-ear grin that made everyone burst with happiness. Peter had grown up with a Beagle and even called her when he was away on duty. Sadly she passed away while he was serving the country, which only added to Peter's pain. But now he had his very own Beagle puppy! Given Peter's reaction seeing this new puppy, Mom knew that the gift was absolutely going to lift his spirits.
